Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund Servicegesellschaft mbH (rms) is the contact for all public transport tasks. With efficient solutions, we support our customers in shaping the mobility of tomorrow, for over 20 years, in more than 3,000 projects. Our interdisciplinary team works hand in hand across topics and projects. We combine in-depth industry knowledge from our operative business and direct customer contact with methodical know-how to efficiently implement even complex projects. Within the framework of the RMV concept Mobility 2030, autonomous driving was also identified as a trend. rms is taking over the strategic management and planning of a roadmap with an in-depth piloting, differently shaped test fields. The aim of the project is to gather experience on technical and traffic challenges and to provide a recommendation for action for the integration of autonomous vehicles in public transport in the future. The starting point was the EASY project on the banks of the Main.
