SHOW Disclaimer Policy

The SHOW partners agree that any Background, Results, Confidential Information and/or any and all data and/or information that is provided, disclosed or otherwise made available between the SHOW partners during the implementation of the Action and/or for an Exploitation activities (“Shared Information”), shall not include personal data as defined by Article 2, Section (a) of the Data Protection Directive (95/46/EEC) (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”) or under Article 4.1 of the GDPR. Accordingly, each SHOW partner agrees that it will take all necessary steps to ensure that all Personal Data is removed from the Shared Information, made illegible, or otherwise made inaccessible (i.e. de-identify) to the other SHOW partners prior to providing the Shared Information to such other partners.

SHOW will not disclose or share your personal data with third parties for their own commercial, marketing- or promotional purposes unless we would have obtained your consent thereto. We will not share any sensitive data about you with third parties without your explicit consent.
