The SHOW project and Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU) jointly organize a workshop to exchange insights on Cooperative Connected Automated Vehicles (CCAV) and Mobility (CCAM) development and deployment in China, Europe, and beyond. The workshop focuses on sharing results from tests and pilot applications of automated, connected, and electrified transport systems while encouraging discussions among experts on technical and socio-economic aspects of automated mobility and future needs and challenges.
The primary focus includes research, innovation, and practical experiences in the realm of sustainable urban transport, encompassing shared, connected, electrified fleets of automated vehicles. Special attention is on real-life urban demonstrations, best practices, impacts, cost-efficiency, and lessons learned in areas like private transport mobility, public transport operations, Demand Responsive Transport, Mobility as a Service, logistics, AV technology, cybersecurity, regulations, innovative business models, deployment issues, and user engagement.
