We are excited to extend an invitation to the SHOW 4th Pan-European Workshop, a pivotal event that marks the final year of the SHared automation Operating models for Worldwide adoption (SHOW) project. Join us for a dynamic exploration of cutting-edge advancements in automated shared mobility, along with a field trip to nearby Monheim to experience the real-life AV service fully integrated into public transport.

Pan-European Workshop Highlights and Agenda
Each session combines concise presentations by industry leaders, experts, and project participants, followed by interactive panel discussions that delve deep into the heart of each topic.
Real-Life Experience: Monheim Shared AV Pilot Prior to our sessions, we offer an exclusive opportunity to witness a shared AV service in action! Register for an immersive visit to the Monheim AV pilot, where automated shuttles are seamlessly integrated into public transport. Places are limited so the participation will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Transfer will be organized back and forth from the workshop venue in Düsseldorf.
Session 1: Unveiling AV-Public Transport Success Stories and New Strategies Discover firsthand the real-world learnings from pioneering AV integration pilots that are revolutionizing public transport systems across Europe. Unlock the strategies and processes behind successful AV procurement by public transport authorities (PTAs).
Session 2: Beyond the Road: Ecosystem Building and Data Sharing Embark on a journey into the ecosystem surrounding AV integration. Dive into discussions on data sharing frameworks, collaborative partnerships, and strategies for establishing a cohesive mobility network.
Agenda
- 8:30 AM: Registration at the Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf
- 9:00 AM: Transfer organized from the Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf to Monheim-am-Rhein
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Real-life experience of the AV service in Monheim fully integrated within public transport
- 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Transfer back to Düsseldorf and networking lunch
- 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Plenary presentations and panel discussions with high-level speakers from UITP, the European Commission, Bahnen der Stadt Monheim, VTI, MOIA, EasyMile, LRM, RMS, Heex Technologies, Ruter & POLIS
