UITP Global Public Transport Summit

The UITP Summit is one of the most important events in the public transport sector, bringing together top international speakers, experts, and practitioners to discuss the latest trends and innovations in mobility. When we talk about automated vehicles (AV) in public transport, what first comes to mind are automated shuttles for first and last mile services. However, public transport uses a variety of vehicles on the road – so where do bigger buses factor in the conversation? Shifting the focus to automated buses, the session will address automation technologies and their respective benefits and the development of AVs into the various sizes of road public transport.
